Debbie’s Black Bean Dip
Ingredients
- 1 15-ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup Picante Sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
Place drained and rinsed black beans, picante sauce, sour cream, and cilantro in a blender and puree until smooth. Spoon dip into a bowl. Serve with chips, veggies, or your favorite crackers.
